Policies for all weddings Weddings at Lockheart Gables are for overnight guest Deposit--$300 deposit is required to secure the date. The total amount due one month before the wedding. Deposit refunded after everything is left as found.
50% of wedding fees due 6 months prior to wedding (transferable to another date if canceled but is non refundable)
The deposit is not refundable if the wedding is canceled for any reason. On site Minister requires approximately one hour (1 week or more preferred) before the day of the ceremony to meet with bride and groom. NO SMOKING inside. D J's or live bands only if entire facility is booked (5 overnite rooms) $100 per hour overtime charge (if available) If required, professional cleaning will be deducted from deposit. No climbing on waterfall rocks - the rocks are not stable and could be hazardous. RAIN - In case of too much rain outdoor weddings over 50 people may rent a tent. It is the responsibility of the bridal party to enforce all policies. No dressing rooms available for garden weddings. Any overnight rooms booked by the wedding party may be utilized for this purpose.
