Policies
For All Weddings
- Deposit
- $300 to reserve date
- Deposit
is refundable if everything is left as found
- 50%
of wedding fees due 6 months prior to wedding
(transferable to another date if canceled but
is non refundable)
- If
necessary, professional cleaning will be deducted
from deposit
- Wedding
must be paid in full 30 days prior to wedding
date
- Deposit
is not refundable if wedding is canceled for
any reason
- NO
SMOKING inside
- No
music past 10:00pm (due to residential location)
- DJ's
or live band for reception only if entire facility
is booked (five overnight rooms)
- $100
per hour overtime charge (if available)
- No
climbing on waterfall rocks
- In
case of rain, outdoor weddings and receptions
can rent a tent. Vendor list available
- It
is the responsibility of the bridal party to
enforce all policies
- No
dressing rooms available for garden weddings.
Any overnight rooms booked by the wedding party
may be utilized for this purpose.
